I did this card for the, CAS260, borders challenge. All my cs, and dp is from a local craft shop. I mostly used scraps, trying to use them up. I put the brown cs, through my cuttlebug with my Hello Friend ef. I colored the words, with an orange water color pencil. I used the orange pencil, to color the bird and added white water color pencil, for the birds tummy. I cut a border from my orange & white dp, and a strip of brown cs. I put the brown cs through my cuttlebug, with my Foilage ef, from Darice. I added three orange gems, and an orange bow knot to complete my card. Thanks for this fun easy challenge, and thanks for looking.

What a warm and inviting looking card! I love the way you coloured your cheerful bird! The embossed border is a great idea and looks wonderful too. TFS

This card is just lovely! I really like the colors, and how you placed your gems. You do a wonderful job coloring the embossed card stock. I don't think it is ever that neat when I do it! Your border turned out great. I like the embossing and the dp! Thanks for sharing such a pretty card!
