For this week's stair step CAS challenge. For such a simple sketch, I sure made a mess of things! See all the goofs in front? Smudges, and I actually dropped the inked flower stamp on an almost finished stair step. Patience. Perseverance. Remembering that it's inked on rescued manilla file folder scrap leftover from yesterday's card-making frenzy... I had some stampy friends over for a paper tricks afternoon, and set up a kit for them to make this card:
I am so happy that you showed us your "outtakes". I have a few of my own for this challenge. Your final card ended up being beautiful. I'm glad you stuck with it.

Brenda, I'm always "smart" when it comes to saving things I can use for card making! So don't feel all alone, and don't call yourself a cheapskate! I adore the way you left off letters to make room for the flowers' stems~

Love your color choice of "electric red" for your flowers. They certainly make a bold statement along with the lovely sentiment! Haha...thanks for being bold and sharing with us your goofs!!

Brenda, this is so cool. I love how you inserted the flowers INTO the steps themselves. A wonderful interpretation.
