I applied modeling paste through a stencil for the hearts and rubbed them with Inka Gold copper metallic rub when dry. I also used stencils and gold acrylic paint for the bg. The red on this looks more orange in the picture..it's a true red. Thanks for looking!

So cute. I love the hearts. My first thought was you had done something with bubble wrap! I like how the paste on the hearts looks. Gonna have to try this sometime.
