This is for Brenda's "Weather Word Play" VSN Mini challenge. Took me a while to come up with an idea, and I did some looking up weather puns and joks - but when I remembered this sentiment stamp I had a start.
This was my second attempt at Northern Lights, and at least this one was worth using .
After making my background, I stamped the igloo and penguins onto white card. The penguins are coloured with pencils, and I added some shading to the igloo before coating it with Versamark and embossing with Dazzling Diamonds.
The ice is white card embossed with a Crackle ef inked with Ice Blue chalk ink, and then I embossed it all with Dazzling Diamonds.
The front frame is Bazzill Bling embossed with a snowflake ef, cut with Labels 8, and edged with a Sakura Stardust pen. It's popped up on foam tape. I added the sentiment cut with a Spellbinders tag, edged with the Stardust pen and finished with bling.
