For the Ways to Use It challenge we were to use a horse. I made this card to seem like you are looking through the barn window at a horse in the field.
I used craft paper embossed with wood grain then sponged along the grain with Chocolate Chip. The window is white with Chocolate Chip wiped on with a paint brush then Brown Sugar streaked on to get the wood grain look. I sponged Chocolate Chip all over to cover the remaining white. Then I adhered acetate to the back of the window.
Next I cut a rectangle in the embossed panel so the horse panel could be adhered to the card base, then I popped up the wood grain panel. I also popped up the window, added a brad and hung the horseshoe above the brad.
The horse is colored with Spectrum Noir pens and the sky and grass are colored with SU Watercolor Pencils and blender pens.

I love the view you've given us looking out onto the horse in the paddock. And I especially like the little horseshoe you've added. Thanks for adding such a lovely horse card to the "stable" this week.
