A couple of months ago, I completed an online survey for a $25 Lowes gift card. I had forgotten all about it until it arrived in the mail the other day. My daughter is getting her first place in a couple of months and I know she'll need some things from the hardware store. So I created this cute little tool box card with a pocket for the gift card and lined the inside with Very Vanilla so I can include a note.
If you look close, you'll see that this is not a Lowes card in the pocket. At some point in my creative process, I totally buried the gift card somewhere on my craft room table. As soon as I uncover it, this will be off in the mail to my daughter.
I have seen this type of card all over the internet, so I don't know who to credit with the design. I am happy that I finally found a use for my brads. I don't often use them on cards, although I really do like them.
