The challenge was to use a horse in honor of the Chinese New Year. So I decided to make a card for the Chinese New Year. I kept the look CAS since much Oriental art uses clean lines. The Chinese calligraphy spells out Happy New Year and I used a symbol for the year of the horse. Tfl.

Now THAT is the sort of horse stamp I really wanted this week when I chose the challenge - but I didn't have any time to keep looking online after I found the image I used, and I most definitely have nothing like this in real rubber. It's totally perfect for every aspect of the challenge - and with your clean design it really reminds me of the packing (Japanese, I know, not Chinese) on some of the papers we buy in Paris.
Thanks for adding this elegant beauty to the stable this week.
