My brother's birthday is next week, so I took the opportunity to make him a card using today's WT challenge, which was to use a horse -- in honor of the Chinese Year of the Horse, which starts tomorrow. I loosely used yesterday's sketch challenge for my layout. I did remove the ribbon element from the sketch.

, removing the ribbon, according to my DH, is always good for masculine cards. I love your Western scene with the horse running free, Lois, and the embossed background is a great frame for it.

I like to make cards for men, and don't use ribbons on them either. Nice card for your brother.
