A big congratulations to Jean aka naturecoastercrafter. I was not familiar with your gallery at all and I am amazing. I save way too many until I finally chose this card
all because I love leaves AND text. So I made my own leaf pile with Tim Holtz Dies. The red one is cut out of a dictionary page - yay for old outdated dictionary pages - they work so well and sometimes say hilarious things too.
I used one of my Color Box Petal Point boxes to ink the leaves - especially the dictionary page. The yellow was a sheet of dp, but has some added color too.
The leaves are mounted on a torn scrap of CS that I put through the cuttlebug. I love leaves (it's usually WARM in the fall when they are coming down, and the temp. has been steadily falling all day today.
Jean, I hope you are enjoying your week as much as I enjoyed perusing your gallery. Stay warm.

Nice inked and patterned paper leaves! Like contrast of the light colored, emb, torn paper vs the dark real rust (one of my FAV SU colors.) Nice work and tribute to Queen Jean.
