My husband needed a sympathy card for a co-worker, so I used today's Sketch Callenge to help with the design elements. I had the whole card put together as an A6 card when I decided the oval needed the flourishes added to it and I had to redo this card in a larger size. Fortunately by heating the CS with a heat gun I was able to get the paper stripes to release. The larger size will be good so they can send this around the office for co-workers to sign. IRL the sponging looks more toned down than it does in the scan.

Beautiful sympathy card in lovely colors, Kathy. I like the sketch turned on its side for a horizontal card. Your image panel with the tree looks terrific with you softly sponged color.

Lovely! And thanks for the tip to heat the dp...I've needed that knowledge in the past....nice colors for a sympathy card and the inlaid textile panel.
