The color challenge this week is to use Black, White, and silver. Well, it seems silver is not a color in my palate :0. I dug through all my stashes of paper and came up empty handed. so, off to my favorite nearby shop (the Craft Retreat). Found some silver pearls right away, but then became distracted by some Penny Black stamp sets. Returned home, and still had no silver paper, but had a new PB set I just had to use . I used just a touch of copic C1 and C3 on my flower, and decided that there is just a fine line that separates gray from silver. On my third time through my paper stash, found some shimmery gray paper to use for the leaves (remember the fine line).
Wow, I'm exhausted now! Hope you like the fruits of my labors and my faux silver paper

this is a beautiful card Jenney-and I love the new stamp set-you used silver cord on your card which is fine to cover the silver requirement-looking forward to seeing your creations for the cc team next month

Love your card, but I really loved your story about going to the stamp store. I think we can all relate to getting distracted by a stamp set! The card is clean, elegant and beautiful!
