I have plenty of other things I was meant to be doing today, but I couldn't resist playing along with Jenn's Shake in the New Year TLC challenge. I love shaker cards - I've even used it for the centre of iris-folded cards sometimes. I had to browse way back through my pre-SCS gallery days for a reminder of this little clipboard shaker - I first made one back in 2006! Thanks for such a fun challenge, Jenn.
Base sponged with green ink, DP added.
I used up some old Primas for a quick way of filling in part of the base, along with some Cheery Lynn foliage.
For the little clipboard - I cut a rectangle from chipboard and two from DP. All the corners were rounded in one go with the Corner Chomper, and then I stuck one layer on the chipboard and sponged the edges.
Cut a square to fit my shaker window (I must admit I do usually make my own custom shaped frames, but I had the windows so why not use them!!), laid it over the base and stamped the cake.
I used tape to stick the window into the top layer of paper, filled it with some VERY old (before they were trendy, I've had these for over 7 years) Hero Arts sequins and stuck it to the chipboard base. A library clip and a little bow finished it off and I added it to the card base, with dimensionals under the top end only.

What a wonderful birthday card!!! You may say those Prima flowers are older, but they look so very pretty Sabrina! They look especially great with your background DP! Cute little clipboard too!
