Whooie. What fun. I love this kind of card making. It didn't take me long at all to find something that inspired me from the Sharon McCartney website. Here it is.
My main image was the LeBlanc stamp. Then I worked around it with scraps of different muted colors, burlap, a burlap heart - RAK from gabby - and a punched heart. I didn't like how light the flower stamp had stamped, so I traced/sketched around it to like it better and stamped the flower itself on another piece of matching scrap, cut it out and popped it up. That definitely added.
I needed a place for the sentiment and up came another scrap that matched, so I added that on top of the stem and stamped the sentiment. Then I needed something to go along with the sentiment and I have an entire bag of tags from clothes along with the extra buttons, that I bought at Goodwill awhile back. Can you believe me! I cut letters out to form the word LOVE. I think I call this "Patchwork Card Making. I like it. I hope you like it too.

Oh my gosh this caught my eye right away! I love this look and have such a hard time achieving it. Wow, love those elements too. Nothing more fun than using up those pieces parts that are kept in the stash too long. I just love this, Carol!
