Today's FS is Roberta, a/k/a stampin'nana. What a fun gallery created by a sweet woman who participates in challenges, leaves kind comments and makes awesome cards!
I chose this card as I, too, had the privilege of living in the Shenandoah Valley for approx. six years! The Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway provide one of the most gorgeous views anywhere and the animals are protected, so, as Roberta said...lots of deer. We always enjoyed getting up early in the morning and crusin' the Drive and/or Parkway before anyone disturbed the beauty and silence of the morning. Awesome!!! One of my two fav places I lived!
Roberta, enjoy your reign...and take a ride for me!
I'm babysitting, but definitely will be back to comment on what I am sure will be an awesome gallery!

Sounds like youu and Roberta have some things in common, Vicky. Your card is a lovely tribute to her and the area where she lives. Your scene is exquisitely done.

Vicky, I can totally understand why you chose this particular card to case! There is nothing quite like a trip to Skyline Drive, and even in the colder weather it's a nice place to be! You did justice to this peaceful place by creating a scene that truly represents the sereneness of the area! Your trees are magnificent and your deer so majestic, and I love the hint of pink in the sky! Thank you so much for your kind words and for honoring me today! ~Hugs
