This card was inspired by the WT458 Curl up with a Good Book challenge this week. I have just finished Tarquin Hall's most recent Vish Puri mystery. I enjoyed it immensely.
These stories are set in India. My card is meant to reflect the rich spicy colours and splashes of gold that are found in India. The background paper is from a recently purchased beautiful sheet of handmade marbled paper by Richard Wu. Imagine my surprise to find his papers available through last week's IC site Hollanders! Beautiful paper.

Beautiful paper indeed, and certainly to me very evocative of India. This is one lovely card - your "spicy" colours certainly remind me of when I'm preparing curries and have the darker spices measured out on a saucer.
