We're back in the groovy Sixties for this week's MMTPT280 challenge. I'm too young to remember what of the Sixties I was around for ;-), but I did have THE perfect stamp thanks to Stamp Muse. So while Snoopy wanted to come along in his bug, this had to be the stamp. I've used today's sketch, though I left the bow off, it wouldn't look right.
A2 Bazzill base.
I added the patterned strips to the solid colour base and cut with Labels 8, and then added stitch lines with a Sakura Stardust purple pen just around the solid colour parts. The little banner was embossed with SU's Square Lattice, had stitching lines added and was trimmed to fit the label. I used one of the MB Resting Birds on the little banner and added wings to make it look more like the doves on the Peace stamp. Purple star brads with added bling.
The image was stamped on plain white card and coloured with markers and some Stardust pens. Layered on the Bazzill and the same solid colour I used for the base panel.
Going postal tomorrow morning, and it should still arrive without getting lost in the Christmas rush.

What a wonderful use of color, Sabrina! Love the Peace image and all your intricate coloring!!! The DPs are awesome and I love the dove you added (nice repeat from the ones in the peace sign)! Great use of the sketch too!
