I was inspired by Tina Weller's Festive Flurry Card. I hoped to realise this technique since Donna from Butternutsage Design teach how to do this technique, but never had a die that pop up like this snowflake. I am In love with this stamp set now!

Wow, this is a gorgeous card! I'm not familiar with the technique you referenced above, but it looks like you use the die cut to emboss? Anyway, a beautiful effect and along with the vellum, gives your card a lovely, soft look. TFS!
