The Perfect Layers from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the 1/16" and 5/16" borders/mats. I also used the Perfect Square to make the cuts for the out of the box image.
The faux embossing on the Kraft base is done by die cutting the shapes and gluing to the card with Aleene's tacky glue. A very quick process once the shapes are cut by pouring out the glue on non porous paper or surface and touching a stick pin to the glue then to the back side of the shape which picks it up, turn it over and place it on the card, press down with the finger and pull the pin away. This technique was around long before embossing folders and I like it for the base because it doesn't misshape/warp the cardstock.
Some pieces were cut off the snowflakes or they were cut in half to avoid the foam tape used to pop up the panel.
Envelope is embossed using a snowflake folder from cArt Us.
