Little Cooper came to visit.....around 4:45 AM! His mom just picked him up. I am POOPED! Bin up since 4:00 getting ready to watch him today. Good thing he is so cute!!! hehe.....
So needless to say I didn't have time to "bake" a cake. Told Curt my dilemma and he came to my rescue.
You see I had my table ready with my biggest cake platter on it so Curt just hopped right on it pretending to be a .....CAKE! A rather large cake. Please, don't anyone try to take a bite out of him. hehe I put a tiny Curt cupcake there for tasting. .....details....
Drew my little "cake" scene here. That is suppose to be a mirror behind Curt. Coloring of the images was done with Bic Markers and gel pens.
The bg was made with first a stylus, then coloring with Prisma Pencils.
Layered this with white cs that I ran a red marker over the edges, then put on the shiny silver card.
Drew, colored and cut out the Curt like cupcake. Glued it on popping up the top of it.
Well, must go put my house back together before DH gets home. Have a great week all! TFL :0)
Hi Sis!
P.S.....nothing better than a cake walk with a cake that can actually walk! hehe

This card of Curt cake makes me smile, Cathy! I love the big cake and the wonderful idea Curt had, and I love the Curt cupcake, which we all know he is without having to be one! The bigger Curt looks a little sleepy eyed, is that a reflection of you?! Did you at least get a nap when Cooper got his?

Cup cake, cup cake - back door for you, Cathy! I have to confess that if I saw that cute Curt-cupcake I'd be like my sis with the bunny rabbit I made her - I'd hate to damage it. How could anyone bite into something so cute looking. Way to go, Curt, for helping you out yet again...

Great card, Cathy! TOO fun comments and terrific (as usual) artistry. That little cupcake is rad! THANKS from Marlene and Darlene and the city of Bakersville for decorating a cake for the cake walk! Hee!
