Fun challenge! I don't know if this guy is a tag or bookmark, but I'm guessing he could be used for either/both. I sketched him out on some scrap paper, made cardstock patterns of his pieces/parts and cut them out of scraps to paper-piece him together. A touch of chalk for rosy cheeks, and a bit of glaze pen and gel pen for sparkly eyes, and he's done!

Oh Sue, what a sweet snowman. I love the long rounded shape and primitive feel to him with his stitched heart. I also love the way you've pieced his hat - when I was looking on my phone on the way home from work, it looked frosty and embossed, but I'm guessing it's just a perfect choice of papers now I see it on a larger screen.

What a super cute snowman!! I love his soft sweet shape. Your paper piecing is awesome. A great smile, rosy checks, and two eye that will melt your heart. Well done!! :>)
