This lovely writing instrument inspired me. Many years ago, my husband used to love to give me gorgeous pens. I have several, do I use them? No, not any more, but I do cherish them and keep them in my evening bags so that when I go out to a formal or very dressy affair I am prepared. Cut out three Memory Box dies in gold, appled over Cuttlebugged paper, added a SU! sentiment, decorated the envelope and VOILA!

Beautiful card, Phyllis....and lucky you with a fabulous pen collection. Fountain pens were such an elegant way of writing...."Gone with the Ballpoint". Don't know what pen(s) inspired you, but it doesn't matter, your card turned out spectacularly.

Phyllis, this is a beautiful take on your inspiration! Love the gold flourishes and your design! I still love that you embellish your envelopes. You may just inspire me to do that too!
