Hello friends- This card I made today is inspired by this weeks try a new technique challenge-Wreath Building: TLC456 ~ Wreath Building {11/18/13} by TreasureOiler at Splitcoaststampers combined with the color challenge: CC453 Always Baked Cherries (11-19-13) by BeckyTE at Splitcoaststampers. Based on the sentiment, I suppose this card will be given for Thanksgiving, but might be kept through Christmas?? At any rate, I enjoyed making it! I "built" my wreath using 4 leafy cuts from the Storybook cricut cardtridge, then layering them alternately and placing a pop dot between ea layer for a bit of dimension. I put stickle dots down in crystal, then stuck clear beads atop each dot, then put red stickles atop each bead. It's actually prettier in real life but my camera stinks and a new one is at the top of my wish list for Christmas--trying to be a really good girl this year! hehe Thanks for taking a peek and have a blessed day!

Now I am singing that scripture, Linsey. Your card has that just right amount of color balance for the CC...I really like your pieced wreath and the scale of your twine to the other elements.

Your leaf cuts made a beautiful wreath Linsey and it is embellished with those wonderful little beads. So delicate and pretty. Thanks for playing with us today.
