For this week's MIX challenge we were asked to use metal. I used an Altoid tin to alter and I used some red foil for the background. First I embossed the foil and adhered it to the top (lid) of the tin. I tried to add some chalk to distress it a little, but it doesn't show up very well. I used a strip of Washi tape to go around the lid and then added some gold ribbon (it looks like it has tassels) . For the bottom af the tin I used some Christmas DP. I stamped and colored the light post and then cut it out. I had to try to find some little carolers online. So I found these cuties, printed them off and colored. I used Mod Podge to seal the top of the tin.
What song do you think they are singing?

WOW, Kathleen....your back panel looks like a piece of red stained glass....terrific effect with the Christmas carolers theme. Your coloring of them is so beautifully done. A neat card.

We Wish You A Merry Christmas, of course! Kathleen this is so adorable, and I bet the photo doesn't come anywhere close to how cute it is IRL!
