This week were to bring something we'd see on a country drive and extra cookies for loons!!! I don't need extra cookies, but I'll take them anyway, as I so do love cookies! I stamped my images in Versa Mark and heat embossed using black detail powder. I then used my pearl ex blending with my Dove fluid to achieve the color concentration I desired. I matted on black glossy & bordering blue cs on top of my midnight muse card base. This technique is not hard, just tricky and takes a little practice. Now it's off to my neighboring state of Minnesota. TFL!

Gorgeous card Mary!!! Talk about peaceful and serene! Looks like the perfect place to rest. Your coloring is fantastic! Love how you have the sun coming up over the tree tops and your Loon is wonderful! Beautiful scenic card!!!

That is one really beautiful scene - I'd love to drive past here and pull in and take some time to enjoy it. And you even got a loon in - you surely deserve those extra cookies, Mary!
We are always delighted to have volunteer hostesses for Tickle a Teapotter Tuesdays. All you need is an idea for a theme and a picture of a teapot to suit it.

What a gorgeous scene, Mary! I do believe that I'd like to sit for a spell and take in all this beauty! You could always feed the cookies to the loons!

Mary this is soooo realistic...I'm sitting here thinking i could stick my finger right in the water, but then I'd scare that beautiful loon. An awesome card Mary. I love the gorgeous sunset too. This definately deserves a frame. Peggy is going to be soooo thrilled with all the gorgeous cards. Thank You so much.

Oh Mary I love your serene scene. I have some stampscapes but didn't give myself time to learn them, so they do not get the love that they deserve. I should try to learn from you!!! Your reflection work is simply stellar - as is your gorgeous sky. Honey, grab all of the cookies that you can, you can pop the extras in the freezer (you just never know when you'll need one!). Thanks so much for coming to Peggy's Teaparty...she is going to love this! Hugz from NJ.
