I love paper piecing, but I had never used washi tape to do it, before I made this card.
The envelope has been stamped twice on white card, paper pieced with washi tape, some finer lines re-marked with a black ink pen.
The clear buttons, tiny craft peg & die cut note have also been covered with washi tape, excess trimmed.
After assembling all the elements, pleat washi tape across the lower edge of card, press firmly to adhere in place. Tie twine over the top, add a twine bow.
This nearly qualified for the MIX41, but then I realised the doily was made of paper :(
And for the Time central theme: use washi tape when you are short on time - it's so quick and easy to use!
