I stamped Joy in Memento Rich Cocoa and colored with Copics and sponged with Distress inks. I did some out-of-box hand cutting so some of the image would extend over the pretty DP, die cut corners and stamped background.
Using a craft knife, I cut just a little bit of the Cardinal on the DP and slid the Joy layer under.
The background was stamped in Colorbox Chalk Chestnut Roan, and for my green layers, I just used a Copic around the edges of white cardstock.

Gorgeous, Dawn! Love how the rectangle panel tucks inside of the decorative corners and how you cut away the top of the cardinal on the DP! Very creative use of the sketch!

Oh how beautiful Dawn! Love how you cut the cardinal from the paper so he wouldn't be hidden behind the image panel! Beautiful and creative!!!
