Todays challenge called for masking something... I chose to do a border sentiment... I stamped the sentiment, then drew lines on top and bottom of it... I then masked it using post it notes and stamped image at top and bottom... I also stamped extra flowers and leaves and fussy cut them, putting them on dimensionals and added to sentiment line....I coloured flowers and leaves using watercolour paints and brush and then added dots to centre of flowers with gel pen...
Thanks for taking a peek... Hope you like it...

Alice, your coloring is superb! I love the added white dots.....makes the flowers look so much more true to life! Beautiful job with the masking; which is not an easy technique IMHO! Love the popped up flowers to add dimension to this one layer card~
* Thanks for watching the game with me last night! *

Marie-alice, this is just beautiful! I'm seeing so many lovely and inspiring bordered sentiment cards today. Those little wild roses are just so pretty. I also really like the popped-up ones you added within the border lines.
this is so beautiful!! You picked a great stamp and the right idea to mask it. It's very pretty the way it layout. I'm going to put this in my gallery to use this idea with some floral stamps I have.
