So, when I first opened this month's MPP, I have to admit, I was disappointed. I didn't know if I liked it, but then I realized that I just had to do it my way. My motto is "KISS...Keep it simple SELDOM"! So I used the theme of the embossed chipboard and used versamark and clear embossing powder to recreate the same feel on the plain large clipboard. Then I used my precious piece of the best piece of DSP in the Birthday Basics (the pretty floral) to create a flowerdy strip. I covered a piece of chipboard with the green dotted piece for the post it note. I used ribbon, punches, CS and DSP to embellish away! Now, yes now, I LOVE it!

This is really pretty! I'm wondering how you place your paper so neatly under the clip. Do you remove the clip or create a template before cutting your pretty patterned paper? Thanks!

There is no paper under the clip! That is the natural color of the clipboard with versa mark and clear embossing powder applied directly to it! I thought it mimicked the look of the DSP really well.
