I tried this several times and finally got a good print. I had to use a new stamp pad and put the paper on top of the acrylic block and rub it with my hand. Then I stamped in different colors around the center image. I added the saying and the rhinestones.

I really like the stepped colours on the sentiment. I've always struggled with using an acrylic block for stamping, I definitely wouldn't have gone the extra step of trying to use it for kissing with.
