I'm playing along with the Featured Stamper Challenge (FS349) today. Stacy, TesaB's gallery is "Fabulous!" A wonderful choice and a delight to browse through. I loved it. The only difficulty I/we all seem to have is not enough time to CASE them all!
I love the look of stamping sentiments or words as background interest. And that leaf stamp with it's fabulous design had me right off the bat! And who doesn't like a stamp that has a coordinating die?! Not me *giggle*
Tesa, your gallery is stunning! I have loved browsing through. I love your framing, the embellishments, well, just everything!
I've used SNSS (Season of Change) created by Dina Kowal for SNSS and the coordinating Leaf Dies (set of 4) as my focal point. The sentiment is part of the Season of Change set. The focal point leaf is stamped using SNSS (Friendship Script Background). While I was creating my card for you today the words of the mighty hymn, Immortal, Invisible flowed from my lips. I am at peace, my mind settled as I set my mind on things that are above and not on this earth. Listen and see if it isn't true for you too.
To all life Thou givest, to both great and small;
In all life Thou livest, the true life of all;
We blossom and flourish as leaves on a tree,
And wither and perish, but nought changest Thee.
Thank you SCS friends for stopping by for a visit today. You're always welcome at Summerwalk Designs too, so come on by. My card is up and I'd love to have you visit. http://www.summerwalkdesigns.com/201...invisible.html

Oh, Susie! I read your blog post today and was so touched/moved! I so agree with you! And this is an absolutely gorgeous card using this wonderful portion of this rich song of old! Oh, how wonderful! I love how you've used the leaves and sponged and added the wonderful embellishments! All so beautiful, and it's a joy to look at...it will certainly keep me humming this song for today! Sweet hugs, my dear friend!

I am just becoming familiar with your work and you are the queen of elegant design and color! Oh my goodness, this is gorgeous. I never would have thought to use the purple with fall leaves but how wonderfully it works!
