Joan's challenge for us today was to make our own stencil from punches to create a background. I used a small Christmas punch and punched 4 strips from glossy cardstock, taped them together and had my stencil. I've made big stencils before from dies but this is the first time I tried punching out small shapes for a background ~ fun challenge!

How clever to use Christmas trees and complete one more holiday card. I love that background and your die cut tree to top it off! I also love your pretty shades of green and red!
