Here is a 10' PVC gutter that my DH cut down to two 5' pieces...great for ribbon and punches!
My fave thing about the ribbon is that I can take out individual spools without having to disrupt any of the others. I used to have them on dollies and that was hard when I wanted the one in the middle to take along for demos, etc.!
I got this idea way back when from someone here on SCS~~THANKS!! I had been making notes so when my space could come together I applied those ideas to my space!

AWSOME. You have as much ribbon as I. How did you attatch them to the wall, and what brand of PVC are they? We have Home Depot here and would love to copy this idea from you.
Thanks

Luv this idea! One question though, does it work for the larger spools of grosgrain? I thought I read on someone else's post that they're too large. I have mostly grosgrain, so I need it to fit that size.

Ok, I am convinced you have an illness - nobody can be that organized! This is an awesome idea! The more I look at your pictures of your beautiful space, the more green with envy I become! You are one lucky lady!

WOW! Thanks for all the positive comments!
I took a roll of my grosgrain ribbon with me to the home improvement store where I purchased the gutter---that way I could make sure that the gutter was wide enough to hold my largest spool of ribbbon---grosgrain. I found that the plastic gutters were wider than the aluminum gutters.
Also, just next to the gutters are the end caps and the brackets. I purchased 4 end caps to give a finished look to each end and I might have gone a bit overboard with the 8 hanging brackets, but I just wanted to be sure it was stable.
One other thing, in the punches gutter, I did line the bottom with white shelf liner---the foamy stuff that gives things better 'grip'. That way my punches will stay where I put them! On the very far end of the picture, bottom row, I also keep my regular and jumb stampin' around wheel holders!
Thanks again for looking and let me know if you have any other questions~
