This card is for my younger sister. She likes the color yellow, so I paired it with black and some pretty dsp given to me by one of my punchie pals. I used the dsp to make part of my 3-layer dimensional flower and the rolled rose at the bottom.
I used 2 diecuts from the Impression Obsession Lacey Doily Motifs-the border in the middle and the 2 side pieces. I diecut the full side pieces and folded them over to use as the tabs. Couldn't figure out what to do with some of the smaller diecuts in the set.
The 3-dimensional flower was made using diecuts. It has more than 3 layers, but I didn't want the flower any bigger.
I love the little IO diecut bow. It's so delicate. I have the larger one too that I haven't yet used.
Well, thanks for taking a look and I actually have another card I'm going to try to upload tonight. It's a miracle!
Hugs and thanks for looking!

Gorgeous card for your sister, Pam. The black and yellow is awesome together and your flowers so pretty. I like how you used those tabs, too. Are you saying you got another card made? Wow! You're using your time so much better now. LOL

This is beautiful. I love the black and yellow combo. Your flower is beautiful. I love the bow die too and I love how you popped the bird on the label. Those fancy tabs and the strip running across the middle of the card are gorgeous.

What fab colors and details on this! I haven't ever seen a lot of the things on here so you be keeping up on trends way ahead of me these days! I do have a similar IO bow but I love yours as it is sweet and simple and works perfectly on your card. I know your Sister loved this - it obviously has a lot of thought and love in it. Hugz!
