| This is the PERFECT doghouse stamp! It's easy to color and cut out and super easy to put something or someONE inside! This card is for the Hambo Stamps challenge to POP UP the design with dimension. After crunching up a piece of newspaper, I smoothed it out and rubbed it with linen ink. I distressed the edges, folded the bottom corner up and secured it with an eyelet. I used a little swatch of CS behind the eyelet since the newspaper is so thin and used a glue stick to adhere the paper imperfectly to the red CS. The sentiment is computer generated and pop dotted. I cut black CS a little smaller than the doghouse and put pop dots between them so the interior of the doghouse looks recessed. The whole doghouse is then pop dotted. Googly eyes glued in the doorway show someone is in the doghouse! |
