Hello from Wyoming. This is Bison Bill, and his young son, Buffalo Chip. They were lazin' around the ranch and got to telling stories about the old days, and missing their cousin, Curt, that West Coast wonder! Yes, they were once close, but time and miles have separated them. However, there is a current trend that have these cousins united! Yes, Bison meat is lower in fat and cholesterol, thus leading to the production of bison hybrids! And what are they calling this? Beefalo! You can see why these cousins are teaming up. Mercy....Now, I have nothing against health, but really, the vegetable world has so much to offer. Curt agrees, I am certain! It is bovine madness! Eat your veggies!
Ok, now for a commercial break. Once you have eaten your veggies, wouldn't it be lovely to sit back and enjoy some Buffalo Chips? Yes, they are tasty (and named after Bison Bill's son.) Made with the finest ingredients, and an extra measure of love. Perfect for Curt and his need to stress binge, (I hear he has a case of the Mutnik Munchies, since all the hoo-haw about the Beefalo industry developments hit the news.) This is the tag I made to ship off some snickerdoodles to my friend Curthy, Curt's mom. She “heard” that these mailed well, and this was a test.
Main image is from a Wyoming calendar and framed using a Sizzix jar/die set. The lid is paper pieced and tied off with twine. The sentiments were computer generated.
Thanks for looking, and get the milk! (I think Curt's mom has some...)

Now that is one fine story and a beautiful tag for your snicker doodles. I think Curt will want all those cookies, not sure Curthy will get a bite if he gets the mail first.

So glad I went to the mailbox all by myself today. What would the neighbors think, seeing me wrestle with Curt over an over stuffed envelope? I can hear them talking now. Anyway, ladies, let me tell you "Doodles" travel quite well I can attest to that. Miss Pat (BN) sent me the most delish snickerdoodle cookies ever!...I mean, Buffalo Chips! They just melt in your mouth. So glad I left that comment for her to pick up on. hehe Not only were the cookies fabulous but the wrapping and that darling tag to go with were spectacular. This lady is so very creative and sharing and sweet and ......you get the picture. What a special Friend she is! Hugs to her! And a big thanks from the bottom of my belly! hehe :0)
P.S. Curt won't be giving a review, cuz he's on a diet! hehe At least that's what I told him so I wouldn't have to share my goodies. hehe

LOLOL!! Pat, you have done it again - spun a yarn so outlandish, as to turn Jammer Town on its ear. Your commercial for the Buffalo Chips is tempting, to say the least, but we know we have to have our veggies, so maybe a few of those chips after the sun goes down, a-setting on the porch, rocking with a cool drink, will taste mighty fine!!
Your jar tag turned out awesome with a picture of Bill and Chip from the WY calendar. I thought the top was material, it looks so real!! So glad those doodles made it to Mutnik intact - they do seem to travel well - bet Cathy is happy she made it to the mailbox before Curt smelled the doodles - your heart is so big to share them and I love the packaging in the burlap - LYMI!
