This is actually one of the three cards I made for the MIX30 challenge to use fabric and at least one more medium. My other mediums are Mod Podge and Gelly Roll Stardust pen (clear).
This piece of fabric is literally the only piece of cloth scrap I have! I thought the candy cane print would be so cute cut with the Elizabeth Craft Designs die. I adhered my scrap to red cardstock with spray adhesive and Mod Podged the surface. After cutting it, I adhered the pieces to the bg layer and colored in all the open spaces with the Stardust pen. The bg was cut with an SB die and mounted on the card base with the help of the new Layer Creator tool, which I LOVE!!!
I think it turned out pretty cute, although I may add a star to the tree top. And next time I'll stick the fabric to white cs, the candy canes look a little pink!
As always, thanks for looking!

Fun card! Congrats on getting your first Christmas card created!! So cool that you were able to lay your hands on the one piece of fabric you had! Love the tree out of the candy cane fabric!
