This card is for the Ways to Use It challenge as well as Monday's TLC. The sun rays were embossed and sponged. A frame was cut out on the outside of the card so the wagon boy silhouette from a new set just released by Sweet 'n Sassy stamps could be seen from the inside of the card. This view is the outside of the card. Thanks so much for looking!

I love your take on the TLC as well as the lovely blinged-up sunrays. And this had me deciding it was time to chase up a tutorial for double-bow knots which I once tried but didn't persevere with - the ribbon is wonderful with the old-fashioned silhouette image.
