This was made for a couple of Splitcoast challenges this week's Ways to Use It (WT439), make your own background using stamps and Monday's Technique Challenge (TLC441), Mix Up the Sentiments.
For the background, I used a bunch of the sayings from two of the new ODBD sets & stamped them in different directions using the ivy ink. I added some yellow to a few of them w/ Copic markers. The little jar was also colored w/ Copics and I used my out of the box Nestie techniqueto die cut it w/ a Spellbinders oval. It's attached to a leftover Memory box die cut and a couple of scallop oval die cuts.
I decided to put the largest, yellow scallop die cut half under the background piece and I added some dots of liquid pearls in the scallops. I also used a Sakura clear glaze pen on the jar for a little glass like finish. The finished card is 5.50 x 4.25.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.

How happy and summery! Great work combining the WT with Monday's challenge. I can just see your background as a design for oilcloth on a kitchen table .
