Hello friends!!
This is the last mermaid in my set by Penny Black. It seemed a good one to use today with these background stamps. One is from Impression Obsession and the other is from Judi-Kins. I stamped the I.O. stamp in Lime Green Brilliance and the Judi-Kins "waves" in Sky Blue Brilliance. The little star fish are real...don't ask me where I got them cause I have no idea...I've had them for a long time! The little seaweed in the corner is a mesh bag for Avocados...it was dark green so I used some acrylic paint on it and then melted it a little with my heat tool.

What a sweet mermaid! Lovely backgrounds (love the IO cover-a-cards), and your embellishments are so pretty - I like the starfish and the seaweed is genius.
