it's german and in cm.
I embossed the background with an emsossing folder and my rolling pin, since I don't own an ebossing machine :-) To make it a bit more visible I used distress ink on the raised parts.
The stocking I cut with my Silhoutte and the sentiment I printed and used my corner rounder.
