Another Dirty Girl challenge completed.
I really like the elegant look of this color combo. I dug out one of my first sets of CB dies - asterisk - for the layered dimensional flower. It is topped with a black jewel. and placed over some branches from a cheery Lynn die. I used a scrap of the DP (unknown company) for part of the branches. "SIster" was done on the computer - backed with a Spellbinder die cut.
I have a question for you - I always have trouble with this kind of sentiment - she is "my" sister, but "we", as a couple, are sending the card. So "to my sister" just does not sound right - and she is not "our" sister. What to do???

Dorothy, your card is gorgeous and you used one of my all time favorite SU images. I figure if she is your sister then she is your husband's sister as well. The sister sentiment looks perfect on this. Thank you for playing in my challenge.

I think "sister" is the right one to use, as long as you say or sign we on the inside. She is probably so happy to have a personal card made for her.
Anyway, your card is beautiful and elegant.
