One of the "First Fifty" TLC challenges we could use yesterday was Shabby Chic. With this stamped image sitting on my desk, how could I not combine that with a second card for BevMom's fab DTGD challenge!!
A2 base - wrinkle free distress with Old Paper, Tea Dye and Antique Linen. I thought I stamped Linen with Tea Dye, but it looks more as if I'd used Frayed Burlap, so maybe I picked that up by mistake, as I'd been using it to colour that sweet little bear.
I added Grunge Corners from Lili of the Valley stamped and embossed in white. Sponged the edges, added stitching.
Image is also Lili of the Valley, stamped on watercolour paper. I coloured it while I was on the phone to my dad last night - Pumice Stone, Tattered Rose, Tumbled Glass, Shabby Shutters. I painted the background trees with white acylic and then added Stickles, I added Glossy Accents to the little blue baubles, and Liquid Pearls to the bunny tail. Edges distressed and sponged with Aqua, then it's popped up over a slightly larger piece of paper sponged with Vintage Photo and distressed.
Grunge Sentiment is also Lili of the Valley, with a couple of colour highlights added in - it's stamped on a scrap of background paper I made for an earlier card. A lace ribbon rose (does that count for Lynn?), with a glitter snowflake brad and a pearl, and sweet Susie sent me the most wonderful gold cording, just what I've spent the last two years, more like three, looking for.

Wow, that thud you just heard was my jaw hitting the floor. Sabrina this is incredible. I keep looking at it and finding more and more everytime. I hope you are looking after yourself, I can't believe how many gorgeous cards you have created in the last few days.

I should have known this sweet, sweet image was LOTV - so adorable. And your coloring and embellishing are amazing - that's what I love about your cards - there's so much to look at!

Absolutely adorable Sabrina.. I love the adorable image and your beautiful coloring. And the crocheted flower is just gorgeous. I love how you thought of adding that.
