When I saw today challenge this morning, I knew exacly what I would do. I started my card by making 2 2-3/4" squares for my softball diamond. What girl doesn't like softball/baseball? I sure do!! I'd better since DS coaches baseball where he teaches & DGD plays softball for her high school.
I used the fabulous Baseball set from KitchenSink, using the 4-step mitt. I square punched out the bases on the 'dirt' diamond - softball infieds are dirt & the softball is bright yellow. I sponged the ball using a dauber Stamped & punched Congratulations & added rhinestones on the ends. The mitt & congats are popped up.
This is going to my friend's mom whose team just took the Bronze medal at the Senior Olympic Games held here in Cleveland. She is 70 & still playing ball!
Thanks for stopping by to take a peek.
