My grand daughters Kayla and Nico had a sleepover last night. This morning they wanted to do some crafting. The girls saw my Nancy Drew card on my table and wanted to copy it. They decided to make theirs into a wall hanging. Image is from Kraftin Kimmie - Nancy Drew. Kayla and Nico coloured the images with stampin up and Copic markers, then layered vellum overtop of them image and matted with card stock. Then they sewed around the edges on the sewing machine. I ran the foot pedal and the girls sewed their cards trying to keep a straight line - they did a real good job. Then they chose the pattern papers and even the layout. They chose the brads and ribbon, poked the holes and attached the brads. I used the cropodile and tied on the ribbon.. Kayla and Nico love coming to Gramma's house because I have so many things they can choose from and I absolutely love having them here to visit and craft with xoxoxo gramma rose
Thanks for looking,
Hugs..Pat

Pat, your granddaughters look lovely and it must be a very special time crafting with them. There wall hangings are wonderful - they obviously take after their grandmother!! TFS

girls, I just love your wall hangings! Such a clever idea. I will remember this idea when I have girls over to my place for paper crafting. I really like how yours turned out, well done!
