Our 15 year old opened her first checking account for her FFA project this year, so I made her this cute little cover for her checkbook! If you knew my daughter, you would know this is SO HER! Half cowgirl, half shopping diva....teens...you just gotta love 'em...anyway, she was surprised and LOVES it! Me too!

This is so girly. It's great. My daughter was in FFA too. The experience was huge in helping make decisions for her college/career. Best of luck to YOUR daughter in FFA.

So cute. Do you have a pettern for the purses.

The purses were easy to make up...no pattern needed. I just took a piece of cs...2x3". Score at 1", then score again at just a hair less than 2 1/8". Then just fold on the score lines, trim the sides away to get the shape of the 'bag' part. Last, just cut your 'flap' part into the shape you like... rounded, squared off or foldover clutch type! Decorate however you like and glue or mono your handle onto the back. Hope this helps! Robin
