I read some statistics recently that the summer months are the top months for births in the U.S. August, June and July is the ranking. With those odds, I am sure to be invited to a baby shower. So, I decided to make a baby card today.
My sentiment is from the Great Impressions Stamps "ten little fingers G49". The sentiment is stamped in pacific point ink. Cut with a Spellbinders oval die.
The designer paper is from Stampin'-Up's "sunshine and sprinkles" collection. I paired it with daffodil delight and pacific point cardstock.
I had these cute baby feet in my stash. I used a glue dot and placed them on a Stampin-Up corduroy button. The loopy edge is a die from the Cat's Pajamas.

how very sweet. I was born in August. My second granddaughter is due early September but her older sister was two weeks early so she might be an August baby too. This is a lovely card. Oh, by the way, I've been invited to three baby showers this calendar year. My friends are all finally becoming grandparents.
