TLC435 - Angled Background; and
CAS226 - Pinterest Inspired
Not sure you can see the background that well behind the collage stamp, but IRL the rainbow colors show up. I used TH distress inks direct to white glossy cardstock. I stamped the image on wax paper (on the dull side), waited for it to dry, ran through a Xyron machine (carefully) to make it a sticker and applied directly over the glossy cardstock. By applying the wax paper, it did tone down the colors a bit.

WOW..this is really cool Barb! I've never heard of stamping on wax paper..I like the effect! The muted colors are very pretty..I also like your bg with the green check and yes, I can see all the colors ;)

I too have never heard of stamping on wax paper!! Very cool card.
