Yup Karen! I have to agree with your DT teammates. These colors are quite challenging. But I agree with you, we grow with challenges that are outside our comfort zone. I'm not sure what I think of my card. I hate it when you have this vision inside your head, but it doesn't live up to what you envisioned. I sponged some Gumball Green and Rich Razzleberry on some paper. Then stamped my image over that in Midnight Muse. Matted it on a SB Floral Oval and popped it up over some Midnight Muse Ribbon. It all went on top of a large mat embossed with the Square Lattice Folder. I added some half pearls. I'm thinking that perhaps it would have been better if I had sponged my ink on glossy white paper????? The more I look at it, the more I'm getting to like it. Please let me know what you think? Thanks ladies!!

I absolutely LOVE your card, that's what I think!! It's gorgeous - not sure what you had in your head, but I would keep this card in MY head anyday!! I love all the white, and the texture, and then that pop of jewel tone color!!

I like the effect of your sponging and then the image stamped on top. The oval is gorgeous and then the embossed bg really set it off nicely. You did a great job with these colors Mary!!
