I took some time to play VickiÂ’s color challenge today and I got as close as I could to the colors I saw on the screen, just had to come close to two of them because I do have Old Olive. Thanks for the challenge Vicki!
I used the technique Magical Masking Tape which was a technique challenge here at Splitcoast along with a technique I made up thatÂ’s the same as sponging but with waded up masking tape, this was done along the outside edge to create a darker area of color.
The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the borders and I used the Perfect Ruler to position the panel evenly on the card base.
Paper: Bazzill – white textured, Stampin Up – colors, Pantone – white glossy
Ink: Stampin Up – Always Artichoke, Old Olive, Summer Sun, StazOn – Jet Black, Memento – Tuxedo Black, Sharpie marker to doodle the birds to cover up my green ink spot

I love your card Roxi!! I like how you put down the color with masking tape. It looks nice that you still have a white or light side. Great job with the challenge.
