For today's CAS challenge (CAS224 - colors: melon mambo, crumb cake, pear pizzazz, white).
I used a sweet digital image from Lisa Lara (What a Melon - Lisa's Doodley Doos) and paper pieced the watermelon. I used my new SU! gingham wheel stamp to create the inside of the watermelon. I sponged around each piece with the corresponding color of ink to give the image more depth. The "seeds" are cast-offs from a border die that I have coated with Crystal Effects.
